Job summary

Journey Beyond Group is seeking a passionate Cook to join the Catering team on a casual basis. You will support the Catering Supervisor and Chef to deliver high-quality food and assist daily kitchen operations while upholding hygiene and safety standards across food prep areas.

The role requires commercial cookery skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication with staff on land and water. Weekend availability and a positive, energetic attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial cookery qualifications are highly regarded.
• Experience in high-volume catering operations.
• Strong knife and cooking skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menus ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction.
• Safely pack food for on-water experiences.
