Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking an On-Site Coordinator – Total Waste Management in Moranbah to support a driver team, ensure smooth collections and build strong customer relationships while championing safety and recycling outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating drivers, operators or frontline teams.
• Working knowledge of transport, logistics or industrial operations.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Well-developed planning, scheduling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with MS Office and scheduling systems.
• HR driver's licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily driver schedules, bin collections and ad hoc pickups to ensure reliable service.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to operators and drivers; escalate issues as needed.
• Champion safety and environmental compliance through site inspections and audits.
• Oversee waste handling areas, container checks and recycling opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment safety checks and site maintenance.
