Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Services Supervisor for our VIC construction team, overseeing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and delivering short-term programs. The role requires experience in large-scale projects and ability to manage costs, QA, and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising large-scale construction projects.
• Experience supervising complex building services trade packages.
• Relevant trade and/or building construction management qualifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate and organise teams and manage subcontractors.
• Candidates from subcontractor background encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and manage short-term construction programs.
• Monitor project costs and oversee QA.
• Ensure EHS requirements are followed.
