Job summary

Annie Lim Family Practice in Canberra is seeking a Practice Nurse for an on-site role, with hours negotiable for full-time or part-time arrangements. Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse eligible to practice in Canberra.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build long-term patient relationships.
• Experience in patient education, health promotion, and holistic care planning.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with autonomy and clinical judgment.
• Comfort with using electronic medical records and basic digital health tools.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development.

Responsibilities
