Job description

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management of staff and caretaking of a residential apartment complex located on the Northern Gold Coast.

Knowledge of property management and letting of permanent/short-term units

Supervision of Cleaners and ensure that building/caretakers' duties are attended to

Supervision of contractors

On call for after-hours emergencies

Minor repairs and maintenance

Pool cleaning and maintenance

Liaise and maintain a healthy working relationship with Body Corporate committee, owners, residents, and relevant stakeholders

Prepare Building Manager's reports and attend Body Corporate meetings as directed

Management of permanent rentals

Management of short-term rentals

Skills and experience preferred

Property management

Trust account & legislation

Good at time management and organization

Thorough knowledge/experience of Strata environment

Queensland Resident Letting Agents Licence

Self-Motivated

Must have ABN

Must be able to reside on site, a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit provided.

References and police check required.
