The Clancy Group is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join our on-site team in Brighton. You’ll work across multiple sites, delivering practical safety advice, conducting inspections, and supporting incident investigations to improve safety performance.

You’ll bring NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, Tech IOSH membership, and at least five years of field advisory experience. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) is essential.
• Tech IOSH membership; progression to Graduate IOSH desirable.
• At least five years’ experience in a similar advisory role.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
• Strong on-site collaboration and practical problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Carry out regular site inspections and safety observations.
• Provide practical H&S advice to operational teams.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and recommend improvements.
• Promote positive safety behaviours and culture.
• Support compliance with legislation and company procedures.
• Identify gaps in safety processes and help improve systems.
• Contribute H&S input into tenders and planning.
• Communicate changes in legislation and implement new requirements.
• Support safe working conditions across diverse sites.
