Job summary

Bullivants Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-site inspections, maintenance and servicing of lifting and height safety products from our Gladstone base. You will travel to customer sites across the region and ensure safety and reliability standards are met.

The role is hands-on, physically demanding and requires strong mechanical aptitude, clear communication and a commitment to quality. Vehicle and tools are provided to support daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Technical service experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Autonomous work with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service lifting equipment on-site and off-site as needed.
• Inspect and install height safety systems to relevant standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and service on products and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on quality products.
• Adhere to personal and business safety requirements and travel to customer sites across the region.
