We are hiring an Electrical Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordination, and administration for electrical service delivery. You will work closely with field technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders in a busy, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or service coordination.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and record keeping.
• Interpret customer requirements to coordinate service outcomes.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and job management software.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule reactive maintenance works, service requests, and electrical isolations.
• Provide support to field technicians, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritise jobs to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate technician workloads and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Prepare client reports and support submission requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical department.
• Book and coordinate isolations, de-isolations, and reactive works.
• Assist with timesheet administration for testing and service technicians.
• Prepare basic quotations using approved templates.
• Maintain records and service information within company systems.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate outstanding actions and risks.
• Work with operations and admin teams to achieve service excellence.
