Job summary

Robodrill SA is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician to provide on-site aftersales service for drilling machines. You will reassemble, test, commission and support customers at project sites, primarily abroad, with strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Candidate should have 7+ years of on-site experience, be autonomous, and multilingual (English plus other European languages). Travel and client coordination form a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of on-site aftersales service experience, mostly abroad.
• Ability to work autonomously in civil tunneling environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred (French, Spanish, Bosnian, Croatian, Italian, Hungarian, Portuguese).
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, outgoing with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Reassemble Robodrill drilling machines on-site after transport.
• Set up and test the machine before starting.
• Conduct site inspections and maintenance on project machines.
• Ensure plans are followed per contract provisions.
• Perform site commissioning with the customer.
• Maintain and upgrade drilling machines per safety and production needs.
• Advise customers on optimal machine use.
• Analyze risks and implement preventive measures.
• Provide training on driving and maintaining machines.
• Manage customer relations on technical issues.
• Coordinate with the French design/technical department to ensure efficiency.
