Job summary

Master Building Group is seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a 6-unit residential project in Tormina, NSW. This hands-on role focuses on leading trades, maintaining schedule, and upholding safety, quality, and workmanship from start to handover.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and deliveries, drive progress on the program, ensure works meet plans and contract requirements, and support inspections and handover with a proactive, on-site leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Foreman in multi-unit or residential projects.
• Experience managing a 6-unit type project.
• Strong construction knowledge and on-site coordination.
• White Card and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on a 6-unit development.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Drive progress to the construction program and critical path items.
• Ensure works meet plans, specifications and contract requirements.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and rectify issues.
• Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices on site.
• Lead and communicate with trades, the Project Manager, and stakeholders.
• Support inspections, audits, and handover preparation.
