Frasers Property Australia is seeking a proactive Building Manager to join our Queensland Development team on-site in Hamilton, Brisbane. You will own end-to-end on-site operations and ensure pristine asset presentation with strong resident engagement.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance contractors, coordinate service partners, and maintain rigorous OH&S and compliance, delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or facilities management for residential or mixed-use environments.
• Knowledge of Queensland Body Corporate legislation and compliance.
• Proficiency in building management software and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Estate & Asset Presentation: maintain common areas and facilities to high standards.
• Stakeholder & Resident Engagement: build relationships with residents, Body Corporate and service partners.
• On-Site Operations & Facilities Management: coordinate daily activities, bookings, move schedules, and contractor oversight.
• Administrative & Compliance Rigour: keep resident registers and generate reports, manage work orders.
• Safety & Risk Mitigation: enforce OH&S standards and coordinate emergency maintenance responses.
