Eagle Labs Australia Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer (In-Process QC) to perform hands-on quality control on gummy and capsule lines. You will verify line clearance, conduct in-process testing and ensure CCP and prerequisite controls are followed.

The role links documentation with on-floor practice and supports QA through SOPs, batch records and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in regulated manufacturing QC, HACCP training, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Demonstrated in-process QC or production quality experience in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or similar regulated manufacturing.
• HACCP training, or willingness to complete it within the probation period.
• At least 3 years in QC or production quality roles in regulated manufacturing, including in-process inspection and testing.
• Proficiency with SOPs and batch records; strong written communication.
• Comfortable on the production floor with alignment to start times.

Responsabilités

• Line clearance, start-up and first-off verification on production lines; ensure proper labeling, packaging components and batch codes.
• In-process sampling, inspection and testing per specification and batch record; verify process parameters.
• HACCP/CCP monitoring and routine GMP/hygiene walkthroughs.
• Manage non-conforming materials and hold actions; request line stops when needed.
• Maintain real-time QC records and batch documentation with GDP compliance.
