Job description
The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

This position will be a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover.

  • Support Boutique Management and wider team in achieving sales targets
  • Ensure highest level of service standards at all times using the OMEGA sales ceremony
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the client and VIP database
  • Perform daily security stock counts
  • Be responsible for organisation, refill, and storage of back up stock, visual merchandising material, product packaging, instruction booklets and warranties
  • Develop own comprehensive OMEGA brand and product knowledge
  • Assist in ensuring the boutique is kept clean and maintained
  • Actively participate in training sessions and keeping up to date with E-learning modules
  • This position will be on a 12 month fixed term contract commencing the start of December 2025
