Job summary

Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking an experienced clinician for an eligible RN2C or AHP2 Allied Health role in Older Persons Mental Health. You will assess, treat and coordinate care for older adults with complex mental health needs, while collaborating across a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience assessing and treating older people with complex mental health conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centred care grounded in evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist mental health assessment and care coordination for older adults with complex needs.
• Build partnerships with consumers, carers and key stakeholders to support safe, high-quality care.
• Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based practice to improve outcomes across settings.
