Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced INLEC Coordinator for a permanent, office-based role supporting our Offshore Turnaround Team, with occasional site visits as required. In this role, you will plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.

You will work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering teams and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance scopes, develop work packs and support

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification or engineering degree.
• Experience in onshore or offshore maintenance environments.
• Experience using CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Willingness to travel to site as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requirements with operations, maintenance, engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Provide technical support for estimating and work pack preparation.
• Develop and maintain work packs and related documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance activities per client procedures and standards.
• Assist with maintenance execution plans preparation and implementation.
• Oversee planning including materials, resourcing and equipment.
• Maintain and develop expertise in maintenance management systems and planning tools.
• Utilize SAP daily to support planning and coordination.
