Trinity College is seeking an exceptional Office Manager & PA to the Director of Business Administration to lead our Central Administration team and deliver high-quality support services across our College community. With six schools under our umbrella, this role is pivotal in maintaining the efficient, professional, and welcoming operation of our College office while also providing executive-level support.
As Office Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Central Administration Office, leading a team that supports students, staff, families, and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for the planning, delivery, and quality of administrative services that align with Trinity College’s mission and values.
In your capacity as Personal Assistant to the Director of Business Administration, you will provide confidential and proactive support across a range of functions, including College Transport services, the College AGM, and other strategic and operational initiatives. You’ll also contribute to broader College planning activities and represent Central Admin in the Office Admin Managers Group, including chairing meetings as required.
