Rauland Australia Pty in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Office Manager & Executive Support to be the backbone of our North Melbourne office, working three days per week onsite. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for our people, leaders and visitors. From keeping the office running seamlessly and supporting executive priorities, to coordinating events, travel and business operations, you'll be the go-to person who brings order, professionalism and energy to everything you do.

Well-coordinated meetings, travel arrangements, events and business activities
Responsive support to employees and stakeholders across the organisation
Accurate administration, record management, expense processing and documentation
Continuous improvements that enhance workplace operations and employee experience
2–4 years' experience in office management, workplace coordination, administration or executive support roles
Experience supporting professional office environments, including reception, facilities coordination and workplace services
Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to work independently
Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive information
