Job description
Overview

As Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring the environment runs smoothly, teams are supported, and the workplace reflects the high standards of the business. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, HR, and corporate services teams while managing everything from building and supplier relationships to team events and internal communications.

This is not a back-office admin role. It’s a leadership position that combines day-to-day management with strategic input into how the workplace operates, evolves, and supports company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to person for all office-related operations, facilities, and service needs
  • Support executives, managers, and staff with a wide range of admin and coordination duties
  • Own supplier and building management relationships; manage repairs, maintenance, and compliance
  • Plan and deliver team events and workplace experience initiatives
  • Maintain a high-functioning, well-presented office space - equipment, amenities, and services
  • Oversee document execution processes in collaboration with governance teams
  • Partner with HR for onboarding, inductions, and WHS compliance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving internal processes and efficiencies
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in office management, corporate admin, or workplace operations
  • Confident in managing relationships with leadership, staff, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • A proactive problem-solver with a high attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Experienced in managing budgets, services, and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Personable and professional - you know how to lead from the front and create a great team atmosphere
  • Comfortable with MS Office and general office systems; experience with light project coordination a plus
Why Apply?
  • Be part of a tight-knit, collaborative, and growth-focused team
  • Influence the way the business operates every day
  • Work in a modern CBD office with strong culture and leadership
  • Attractive salary and professional development opportunities
  • A role where your initiative, ownership, and ideas will be valued

This is a rare opportunity to shape the workplace of a successful, design-led business with a growing national footprint. If you love to lead from the front, thrive in a people-first environment, and bring energy to everything you do, I would love to hear from you.
