Job summary

EC Workplaces is seeking an experienced Office Cleaner to join our team across Coolangatta, Currumbin and Burleigh Waters. This part-time role offers approximately 15–25 hours per week with an immediate start, with Monday to Friday afternoon/evening shifts from 4:30 pm onwards.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across commercial offices, following site-specific scopes and checklists. Full training is provided, and you will work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in professional cleaning preferred.
• Australian working rights required.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain a police check.
• Availability during listed shift times.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas.
• Dust and sanitise desks and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
• Empty bins and separate waste.
• Follow site-specific scopes and checklists.
• Use equipment, chemicals and cleaning systems correctly.
• Report maintenance issues or site concerns.
• Complete service photos and reports when required.
• Maintain a caring and consistent standard at every service.

Your Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas

• Using equipment, chemicals and cleaning systems correctly

Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred
