Job summary

HU Property Group in Kippa-Ring, QLD, is seeking a capable Property Manager for an office-based role with no routine inspections, no after-hours work and no weekend duties. Working Monday to Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm, you will oversee ~280 residential properties, focusing on owner relationships, maintenance decisions and portfolio oversight, supported by a dedicated routine inspection agent and admin staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of residential property management experience.
• Current Queensland real estate registration certificate or agent licence.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and practical maintenance/tenancy experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong owner relationships and provide clear, timely updates.
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate decisions with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
• Manage arrears and complex tenancy matters with administrative support.
• Oversee lease renewals, notices, breaches and insurance claims where required.
• Resolve escalated owner or tenant concerns and maintain accurate records.
