The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the central point of support across the business, ensuring administration processes run efficiently and projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support across construction, estimating, accounts & site teams
  • Manage inductions, training records, and assist with OH&S compliance
  • Assist with payroll reporting, receipts, and project cost allocations
  • Coordinate office operations including correspondence, supplies & company vehicles
  • Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years’ administration experience in Building & Construction (essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Cheops/Hammertech advantageous
  • Knowledge of OH&S processes and compliance
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking and communication skills
