Our client is a boutique custom home builder passionate about craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional service. Based in Banyo, they specialize in the design and construction of architecturally distinctive residences that reflect our clients’ unique visions. With a fresh direction under new leadership, they’re growing—and looking for a proactive and professionalOffice Administrator to join they're tight-knit team.

About the Role
As theOffice Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Reporting directly to the two Directors, this role is ideal for a confident, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors, and your efficiency will keep our office and projects running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house and daily office operations
  • Provide executive support to the Directors (calendar, travel, meetings)
  • Handle phone/email enquiries and greet visitors professionally
  • Coordinate appointments and client selections meetings
  • Assist in document management for sales, projects, and compliance
  • Support bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, PO management, reconciliations)
  • Maintain filing systems and digital records
  • Assist with internal communications and team events
  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and site supervisors when needed
The ideal candidate
  • Proven experience in a similar administration or office management role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office essential; Xero, MYOB, Builder to rend a bonus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first mindset
Desirable
  • Background in construction, architecture, or property development
  • Familiarity with building contracts and compliance documentation
  • A passion for design and the home-building process
