Job summary

Department of Justice and Community Safety in Australia is seeking an experienced offender management supervisor to ensure the Correctional Practice Framework is embedded at Western Plans. You will promote best practice case management and provide advice and direction regarding all aspects of offender management.

Responsibilities

• The offender management supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the Correctional practice framework is embedded at Western Plans, the offender management supervisor will promote best practice case management, provides advise and direction regarding all aspects of offender management.
• Implement offender management initiatives and processes at Western Plans, including contributing to the promotion of positive culture change within the organisation.
• Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance and continuous improvement in the execution of offender management initiatives.
