Job summary

Corrections Victoria is seeking an Offender Management Supervisor at Western Plains Correctional Centre to embed the Correctional Practice Framework and drive best-practice case management. You will establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

Responsibilities include implementing offender management initiatives, mentoring custodial staff in case planning, and leading continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety and reintegration

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Correctional practice framework.
• Ability to provide leadership in a prison environment.
• Experience in offender management or Custodial services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement offender management initiatives and processes at Western Plains Correctional Centre, promoting positive culture change.
• Mentor and train custodial supervisors in offender management practices and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and continuous improvement for offender management initiatives.
