OCTG NDT Inspector and Materials Technician

Salary: $76,515 to $100,000

Locations: Roma, Toowoomba, Adelaide, and Perth

ExoDrill Pty Ltd is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified (PCN/AINDT/ASNT Level 2+ or equivalent) and experienced NDT, OCTG & Drill Pipe/BHA Inspectors. Experience in all methods preferred (MPI, DPI, UT, ET & EMI Logging).

Applicants must be familiar with API, DS-1, NS-2 standards and the ability to follow inspection procedures for, but not limited to the following equipment: Drill Pipe, BHA, Mud Motors, Tubing, Casing, Rig Handling Equipment, Rig Structure welds and other associated oil field equipment. You will be required to travel and work on remote locations in harsh environmental conditions for extended periods on a call out basis from Home Base.

The below tickets & competencies will be advantageous:

  • PCN (current being most advantageous)
  • AINDT MPI, Ultrasonic, Dye Pen, Eddy Current SNT-TC-1A
  • 4WD, Loader & Forklift Licences
  • Working at Heights & Confined Spaces
  • Santos, Origin & QGC Inductions/IDs
  • Wellsite Permit to Work (REV.3)
  • Senior First Aid

We are also looking for an experienced Materials Technician to join our team; applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

A remuneration package between $76,515 to $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.

All applicants MUST be eligible for work in Australia and able to travel to remote locations for extended periods; overseas commuting shall be considered.
