Real Therapy Solutions is hiring an Occupational Therapist to work across clinic and community settings, supporting clients across the lifespan to build skills, confidence and independence. You’ll contribute to a multidisciplinary team in modern clinics and community programs, with opportunities to learn and grow in a national healthcare network.

The role offers ongoing supervision, PD opportunities, and a supportive, flexible work environment within MedHealth Group.

Formación

• Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Passionate about meaningful outcomes and teamwork.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in sensory gyms and community environments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide supervision as needed.

You'll work across both clinic and community settings, supporting clients across the lifespan to build skills, confidence, independence, and participation in the things that matter most to them.

One day you might be in the sensory gym creating an engaging therapy session. The next, you could be supporting a client at school, at home, or in the community, helping them achieve goals in the places that matter most.

You'll have the freedom to work independently, but you'll never feel like you're on your own. Need a second opinion? Want to bounce around ideas? Had one of those days? Your team has your back.

You are:

• An AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes

• Curious, proactive, and always keen to learn
• Equipped with a driver's licence and access to a registered vehicle
