Job summary

Humanity Health Group’s Care Squared Kids unit seeks an Occupational Therapist to support clients across clinic, community and telehealth, helping them build independence and participate in daily activities.

You will assess, plan and deliver evidence‑based, person‑centred therapy while collaborating with families and other health professionals. Applicants must have an OT degree and AHPRA registration, plus a willingness to obtain required clearances.

Qualifications

• OT degree or near completion
• Current AHPRA registration or eligible before starting
• Interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community-based work
• Willingness to obtain NSW and NDIS worker clearances if needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
• Support clients to improve independence, function and participation in daily life.
• Complete functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
• Manage appointments across clinic, community and telehealth settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
