The role offers flexible employment options (FT/PT, WFH), with MDT collaboration and opportunities to advance to senior roles as new clinics open.

You will work in a supportive environment with supervision, PD funding, and a competitive salary range (AUD 90,000–120,000 + Super).

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy is required
• Knowledge of NDIS practice standards and documentation
• AHPRA registration
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services to paediatric and adult clients
• Complete NDIS-aligned assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with OTs, Physios, and future disciplines
• Participate in supervision, PD, and team culture activities

They are looking to welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will support NDIS participants in a blend of clinic-based, telehealth and community based services. • No KPI-driven workload; focus on meaningful clinical outcomes
• Mixed paediatric and adult caseloads based on your preference
• Flexible employment: FT/PT, WFH options, RDOs, day swaps, 9-day fortnights

• Participate in supervision, PD, and team culture activities
• Collaborate closely with OTs, Physios, and future disciplines

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy with 2+ preferred
• Knowledge of NDIS practice standards and documentation
• AHPRA registration
• Full drivers license and a car

Additional information

• Flexible working with part-time options, 9 day fortnight and WFH options
• Salary ranging from $90,000 - $120,000 + Super
• Professional Development allowance of $2,000 per year
