Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to join our team in Ballarat. Use your expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in your local community.

What you’ll do
  • Enjoy a tailored caseload to your interests or maintain a generalised caseload.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local office.
  • Receive strong supervision, professional development opportunities and support to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
  • Work alongside a diverse team passionate about helping the community.
  • NDIS experience is a plus, but your Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
  • Manage your own caseload in various community settings, including homes, schools and aged care facilities.
  • Enjoy team social events, team lunches, seasonal celebrations, and opportunities to unwind and have fun together outside of work.
Who you are
  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
  • You have current AHPRA or SPA Registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children check.
