We seek an Occupational Therapist to support paediatrics, adults and aged care in clinic and community settings, with a structured weekly model that balances clinical work and admin time.

Your caseload spans Box Hill, Blackburn and Northern suburbs, offering a weekly work-from-home admin day and travel allowance for community visits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Willingness to obtain National Police Check and WWC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and therapy interventions.
• Support clients with independence and daily living skills.
• Complete reports including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA).
• Collaborate with families, carers and other allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
