Full-time or Part-time | $90,000–$110,000 + Super | Flexible Working Arrangements

$90,000–$110,000 + Super, depending on experience

Full-time or part-time with flexible hours and the opportunity for an earlier Friday finish

Strong clinical support including mentoring, report-writing training, templates and admin assistance

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well-resourced, modern practice supporting children and adults living with disability.

This role offers the opportunity to complete functional capacity assessments, develop evidence-informed recommendations, prescribe assistive technology and equipment, support home and environmental modifications, and deliver capacity-building and participation-focused interventions.

You’ll work closely with clients, families, schools, support coordinators, GPs, medical teams and other allied health professionals, with opportunities for community, home and outreach work.

About you

You’ll bring:

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
• Post-graduate clinical experience and the ability to work with appropriate independence
• Experience supporting people living with disability
• Strong clinical assessment, report-writing and communication skills
• A person-centred and family-centred approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• A willingness to develop your knowledge of the NDIS, if you’re not already experienced in this area
• Experience in functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, environmental modifications, NDIS reporting, paediatrics, rural/remote practice or working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients will be highly regarded.
