Occupational Therapist | Mobile Role with High Flexibility | North Brisbane

Are you an early-career Occupational Therapist with a passion for client-centred care and a desire for flexibility?

• Salaries:$85,000 - $105,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Whats on Offer?

• Structured Support -Start with zero clients in Week 1, shadow in Weeks 2-3, then fly to Melbourne to meet the wider team.
• Weekly 1:1 supervision, team case conferences, and lots of mentorship.
• Capped Travel:Clients grouped near home to minimise travel
• Flexible Schedule -Start as late as 10AM, finish by 5:30PM. Choose a standard 5 day week or 9-day fortnight.
• Professional Development Allowance -$1500 annually
• Low KPI Targets - between 20-25 depending on your experience level with a focus on support
• Supportive Culture -Be part of a tight-knit, expanding team. Monthly team building, quarterly socials, and guidance from a 7-year Clinical Lead.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
