Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings in Barwon Sydney, NSW. The role supports full-time or part-time arrangements, with planning for a flexible schedule and mentorship for professional development.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, create therapy plans, and help maximise participants' funding while advancing clinical skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration required.
• NDIS/disability experience preferred but not essential.
• Current police checks and driver’s license are required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants.
• Work in diverse settings from homes to schools and community centres.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to support participant goals.
• Develop therapy plans and maximise NDIS funding for clients.
• Engage in weekly team meetings and supervision for professional growth.
