HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Occupational Therapist for a Hybrid/Training position based on the Central Coast, NSW.

The role involves onboarding with an established multidisciplinary team supporting older adults and people with disabilities, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development. Key duties include functional and equipment assessments, evidence-based interventions, and consumer-directed care.

Qualificações

• Territory qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA Registration
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle
• New graduates are welcome

Responsabilidades

• Provision of comprehensive functional assessments
• Provision of equipment assessments and prescriptions
• Provision of evidence-based therapy interventions in different community settings including skill and capacity building
• Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
• Extensive shadowing and induction period
• Regular 1:1 mentoring with an experienced OT
• Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
• Immediate phone support from our clinically experienced management team at all times when you’re on the road
• Territory qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA Registration
• Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle
• New graduates are welcome
