Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. on the Central Coast, NSW is seeking a Graduate Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid training role.

You will undertake comprehensive functional assessments, equipment prescriptions, and evidence-based interventions across community settings while developing your clinical skills. You will benefit from an extensive induction, 1:1 mentoring, weekly PD sessions, and ongoing support from an experienced management team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Full AHPRA Registration.
• Territory qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive functional assessments.
• Perform equipment assessments and prescriptions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions in various community settings.
• Work in a multidisciplinary, consumer-directed team.
• Participate in shadowing, induction, and mentoring.
• Attend weekly professional development sessions and team meetings.

• Provision of comprehensive functional assessments
• Provision of equipment assessments and prescriptions
• Provision of evidence-based therapy interventions in different community settings including skill and capacity building
• Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
• Extensive shadowing and induction period
• Regular 1:1 mentoring with an experienced OT
• Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
• Immediate phone support from our clinically experienced management team at all times when you’re on the road
