Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking graduate Occupational Therapists to join our nationwide team as part of our graduate program. You will contribute to holistic care and develop clinical and business skills in a supported environment.

Our graduates receive mentorship, supervision, and opportunities to grow while helping participants to achieve independence, health and wellbeing in their communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate OT program with mentorship and ongoing support.
• 1:1 weekly supervision that actually happens.
• Growth without burnout and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic.
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy.
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals.
