Job summary

Ability Action Australia invites graduates to join its Occupational Therapist Graduate Program 2027 in NSW. You will be mentored by a multidisciplinary team, gaining clinical and business skills to support participants in daily life and wellbeing.

You'll engage in assessments, reports and therapy delivery, while advocating for participants and carers to achieve meaningful goals. Flexible work options and strong supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration or eligibility required for practice in Australia.
• Demonstrated curiosity, compassion and willingness to learn in a supportive environment.
• Ability to adapt to a growing graduate program with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in community or clinic settings.
• Complete assessments, write reports and assist with therapy delivery.
