Job summary

Ability Action Australia offers a 2027 Graduate OT program for soon-to-be graduates with robust supervision and mentoring. You’ll be supported to develop clinical and business skills across community and clinic settings.

Expect to complete assessments, write reports, and advocate with participants and carers to achieve goals. Flexible work options include office, home, or cafe environments in Australia.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduated OT, eligible for AHPRA registration or already registered.
• Curious and compassionate; eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
• Ready to make a difference in people’s lives; comfortable with flexibility and teamwork.
• Licensed driver with own vehicle for community-based work.

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
