Job summary

Dhelkaya Health in regional Victoria is seeking an experienced Grade 3 Occupational Therapist for the Ambulatory Care team. The role combines advanced clinical practice with leadership, mentorship and service development in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

You will provide outpatient assessments and interventions, mentor OT staff, drive quality improvement and partner with managers and clinicians to deliver person-centred care for the community.

Qualifications

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRAC.
  • Current Victorian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and intervention within Ambulatory Care outpatient services.
  • Provide clinical leadership, support, and mentorship to Occupational Therapy staff and the broader multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead and contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
  • Promote and embed evidence-based practice and client-centred care.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership, mentorship, and service development within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.As a key member of our Ambulatory Care Program, you will provide high-quality, person-centred assessment and intervention to clients accessing outpatient services across the Dhelkaya Health catchment.
