National 360 in Ballarat is seeking an Occupational Therapist who is eager to grow, learn, and make a real impact in the community. You will manage a diverse caseload, with options for telehealth, home visits, and office sessions in Ballarat.

You will receive regular supervision and development opportunities, with a strong emphasis on work‑life balance and team collaboration with other therapists and support staff.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registered with AHPRA.
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Open to graduates or experienced clinicians with interest in community, private, or acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, or generalist work through community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments, with option to work from home and at the Ballarat office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development and career progression support with a strong focus on work‑life balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and practitioners to deliver community‑based services.
• Apply your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Participate in team social events and celebrations to build connections and a positive workplace culture.
