Job summary

National 360 in Ballarat is hiring an Occupational Therapist who is eager to grow, learn, and make a genuine community impact. You’ll manage a varied caseload across settings, with options for home visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.

You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team, receive supervision and development opportunities, and enjoy flexible work arrangements that prioritise work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
• Australian working rights (or pending).
• Interest in community, private, or acute settings.
• Access to own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Willing to obtain NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, or generalist roles.
• Attend to community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions with flexibility in scheduling and location.
• Participate in supervision, professional development, and career progression support with emphasis on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and allied professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Motivate and empower clients with NDIs experience beneficial but not essential.
• Engage in team social events to foster a positive workplace culture.
