Job summary

Spriggle Kids Inc. in Victoria is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join a not-for-profit paediatric allied health service in a nature-inspired setting. Flexible full- or part-time hours on a 45-acre Balnarring Beach site support families and children.

You will deliver individualised, evidence-informed OT to children and families, with opportunities for professional growth, mentoring, and involvement in service development.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Collaborative, child- and family-centred approach.
• Interest in neurodivergent children and developmental differences.
• Paediatric experience preferred; transferable experience welcomed.

• Sensory processing, emotional regulation and executive functioning.

About the role

You’ll deliver individualised, evidence-informed occupational therapy to children and families, focusing on meaningful functional outcomes and participation in everyday life.

Your work may include:

We want our therapists to have the time and flexibility to deliver quality care, rather than focusing solely on high appointment volumes.

Who we’re looking for

We’re interested in hearing from both experienced paediatric OTs and clinicians looking to transition into paediatric practice.

You’ll need:

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification


• Current AHPRA registration


• A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one before commencing child-related work


• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills


• A collaborative, child- and family-centred approach


• An interest in supporting neurodivergent children and children with developmental differences


• Paediatric experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable experience and a genuine passion for working with children.
