MedHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Richmond team, offering full-time or part-time roles. You will conduct home and community-based functional assessments, set person-centred goals, and recommend environmental modifications and assistive technology to improve independence.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate strong communication, independence in community settings, and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.

Responsabilidades

• Complete functional assessments with participants in homes and community environments.
• Set meaningful, person-centred goals informed by real life routines.
• Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school and work.
• Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure service delivery.
