Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy to clients across a range of ages and abilities in NSW. You will work with other professionals to deliver coordinated care and help clients maximise independence and participation in daily activities.

The role offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team in our Allambie Heights clinics and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
• Evidence of current AHPRA registration.
• A current driver's license and your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.

As An Occupational Therapist At Cerebral Palsy Alliance You Will Provide Therapy To Clients Cerebral Palsy And Similar Disabilities, From Early Intervention With Infants, Through To Adult Clients. You May Be Providing Services In One-on-one Or Group Sessions, Built On a Foundation Of Evidence Based Research And Tailored To Your Client's Goals. Working With a Team Alongside Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists And Exercise Physiologists To Provide Complete And Coordinated Care; Your Day To Day Work With Clients Will Be Aimed At Maximising Their Independance And May Include

• Developing their fine motor skills
• Giving tips for everyday activities like dressing and eating
• Heling clients access the aids and equipment for home, school and work that will work best for them
• Supporting clients to participate in recreation and leisure activities
• Providing advice on home changes, like ramps and rails

What We Offer?

• Salary: Clinical salaries are graded with an approximate range of $80-140k incl super. This amount includes tax free packaging; For more information on this please discuss with our recruitment team.
