Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across NSW and Tasmania. You will manage a varied caseload including NDIS assessments, assistive technology and therapy services for adults and children, with a focus on meaningful outcomes and professional development.

The role offers exposure to diverse clinical areas, mentorship, and structured career pathways within a supportive practice dedicated to excellence in allied health.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current or eligible AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• NDIS Functional Assessments and varied caseload across adult and paediatric clients.
• Assistive Technology assessments and equipment recommendations.
• Housing & Complex Supports assessments and home modification considerations.
• Therapy services including fine motor, gross motor, sensory and emotional regulation programs.
• Complex clinical work such as seating/positioning and school/community support.
