Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in NSW and Tasmania is seeking Occupational Therapists at varying career stages to join a supportive team with a diverse caseload. The role emphasizes NDIS-focused assessments, assistive technology, housing and complex supports, and both adult and paediatric therapy programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or completing final year
• Current or eligible AHPRA registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

• NDIS Functional Assessments and related evaluations
• Assistive Technology assessments and equipment prescriptions
• Housing, SDA and ILO assessments and home modification recommendations
• Therapy services for adults and paediatric clients
• Complex clinical work including seating and positioning assessments
• School-based and community-based support
