Job summary

Feros Care on the Gold Coast is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to support older adults with in-home OT services and case management. This permanent full-time role (12-month fixed-term) focuses on promoting independence and wellbeing, with travel across the Gold Coast region and collaboration with service providers.

The ideal candidate is a registered OT (AHPRA) with at least 2 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency with MS Office and client management software.

Responsibilities

Occupational Therapist, Community Services

Feros Care is seeking a dedicated Community Occupational Therapist to support older adults across the beautiful Gold Coast, QLD. This is a permanent full-time role from Monday to Friday, on a 12-month Fix-Term contract. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy services and case management support, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
• Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
• Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
• Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

• A registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA) who thrives in a community care setting
• At least 2 years of experience is preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfort using technology, including MS Office and client management software
• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel
• A person-centred approach and genuine passion for supporting older adults
