Job summary

Let’s Get Physio is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver clinic and community-based services across the South Brisbane area. The role involves NDIS, DVA, and MyAgedCare caseloads, with home visits and assessments, reports, and assistive technology recommendations.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, participate in care planning, and contribute to evidence-based practices while enjoying professional development support and a flexible, client-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
• Experience with NDIS participants and DVA desirable.
• Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments desirable.

Responsibilities

• NDIS paediatric occupational therapy services
• NDIS & MyAgedCare adult occupational therapy services
• DVA occupational therapy services
• Home visits and community-based assessments
• Clinic-based consultations
• Assistive technology recommendations and reports
• Minor home modification assessments and recommendations
• Goal setting, care planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Mentoring and clinical support from Lead OT
