MedHealth, a major provider to the NDIS, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering person-centred care across home and community settings. You will perform functional assessments, set meaningful goals, and collaborate with families and coordinators to support independent living.

You will work in a flexible, hybrid environment with opportunities for supervision, mentorship, and professional development within Ability Action Australia and MedHealth.

Competenze

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Confidence working independently in a community setting.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
