Job summary

Humanity Health Group invites Occupational Therapists to join a nationwide, multidisciplinary team. You’ll work across clinic, community and telehealth settings, supporting clients to build independence and participation in daily life.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, or nearing completion.
• Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain it before starting.
• Interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.
• NSW and NDIS worker clearances, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
• Support clients to improve independence, function and participation in daily life.
• Complete functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
• Manage appointments across clinic, community and telehealth settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.

About the Role

Your role may include:

About You
